How to deposit

1. 1. Log in or register. Create a free account with a username and password — no long forms.
2. 2. Open your wallet → Deposit. Use the + Deposit button in the header, or open Wallet from the menu.
3. 3. Choose an amount and confirm. Your deposit is submitted for approval; you'll see it as pending until staff approve it.
4. 4. Play once approved. Approved funds land in your cash wallet, and you play in your browser with no download.

Your balance is always shown in the header. Deposits are reviewed for your security before they are credited.

How to claim a promo

1. 1. Deposit first. Deposit-based promos become available after your deposit is approved.
2. 2. Go to the Promos page and open an offer to read its details and full terms.
3. 3. Click Claim. Promos are never auto-claimed — you choose when to claim, and you can skip it entirely.
4. 4. The bonus is added to your wallet balance (or to your promo wallet, if the offer says so) and starts its wagering (turnover) requirement.

Rollover / turnover rules

A promo is locked until you complete its turnover (wagering) requirement — the total amount you must bet before the promo unlocks.

• • Each promo's exact requirement (e.g. turnover ×N of deposit + bonus) is shown on the promo's details.
• • Your progress updates as you play; you can track it on the Promos page.
• • When turnover completes, the promo either auto-converts to cash or stays as promo credit — whichever the offer specifies.
• • Once you claim a promo, you cannot give it up, and withdrawals stay blocked until its turnover is complete.

Withdrawal rules

1. 1. Connect your CoinOrder account and verify your identity once (KYC). Withdrawals are paid in USDT only into your linked CoinOrder wallet, by CoinOrder Transfer.
2. 2. Complete any active promo's turnover. Withdrawal is blocked while a promo is still locked.
3. 3. Request a withdrawal from your wallet. Each withdrawal is checked, and then it is paid into your linked CoinOrder wallet by CoinOrder Transfer.

CoinOrder takes its fee from the amount you withdraw. Before you request a withdrawal, the Withdraw page shows the fee, the minimum amount and about how much you will receive in your linked CoinOrder wallet.

Withdrawals are reviewed for fraud protection. A withdrawal is never paid to any other wallet or address, and never into a bank account.

KYC & account verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verifies your identity so withdrawals go to the right person.

• • Connecting a CoinOrder account is not part of verification. Withdrawals are paid into it.
• • Submit your full name, your phone number and one identity document in your profile, such as a passport, a national ID card or a driving licence.
• • Verification is a one-time step. To withdraw, you also need a connected CoinOrder account.
• • Your documents are encrypted and stored securely — never shown publicly.
